Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How do you ship your products?
 
A. The majority of our products are shipped directly to you from our manufacturers.  Standard shipping is either UPS Ground or USPS.  If you require expedited shipping, please contact us with your request and we can give you a shipping charge quote on your order prior to placing it.
 
 
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
 
A. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX.
 
 
Q. Do you ship to international addresses?
 
A. At this time, we are only shipping to  US street addresses.  Some products will not be available for shipping to PO Boxes or military addresses.  Please contact us if that is the only address you have.
 
 
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
 
A. We will always do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products.  All returns will require a RMA, and must be requested within 14 days of receipt.  Please read our full return policy for more details.
 
 
Q. Do you have a store we can visit in person?
 
A. No, we are strictly an online store.  This enables us to offer you better prices than sites that have traditional brick and mortar locations, since we do not have the same overhead.
 
 
Q. Why don't you have more NHRA products available?
 
A. Unlike NASCAR, NHRA has remained a non-profit organization over the years.  Because of this, they have only granted licensing rights to a few products and manufacturers.  In short, there isn't much available out there unless you buy directly from NHRA.  However, due to a very recent change in how NHRA plans to operate futuristically, we expect to see more products come on the market in the next year, and we will stay on top of that so we can always bring you the best selection possible.
 
Q. Why did I receive my order in separate shipments?
 
A. Because most of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers to you, the items you choose may come from different parts of the country to you.  By doing this, we are holding our costs down by not charging you to have the product shipped to us first, compiled into one order, and then shipped to you.  And best of all, you are still only charged a flat rate shipping fee based on the amount of your order. We absorb any additional charges incurred by sending your items in separate shipments to you.
 
Q. How can I be sure that my credit card information is safe when ordering from you?
 
A. We use every possible security measure to ensure your privacy and protection.  Your order is transmitted to us over an SSL connection, and we are using only the safest gateway and merchant transaction services out there.
