RETURN POLICY We are sure that any product you order from RaceFanProducts.com will meet and exceed your expectations, as we only sell merchandise from top-quality manufacturers. However, if an item you receive is defective, the wrong item, or doesn't meet your expectations for some other reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include the following information: Your name and billing address Date of your order Item in question Reason for requesting a return We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to put on the outside of the shipping box. All returns must be received within 30 days, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition in order for us to credit your account. Exchanges will be processed promptly once we receive the original product back from you. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns without an RMA will not be accepted. SHIPPING POLICY We ship most of our products direct to you from our manufacturers. Because of this process, we cannot guarantee a delivery date when you place your order. We process orders daily as you submit them, and typically our manufacturers will ship within 2-3 business days with average receipt in 7-14 days. If an item is on backorder or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as we are informed by our manufacturers. Standard shipping is UPS ground on most items, and shipping prices in your shopping cart are reflective of this method. If you have an urgent need for a product quickly, contact us and we will let you know if it can be shipped via an alternative method, and at what additional charge.
